Cecilia Choi is an experienced professional currently serving as Vice President of Strategy and Planning for Payments Experiences and Services at JPMorgan Chase since September 2024. Prior to this role, Cecilia held the position of Vice President of Operations at Kanarys™, a leader in data-driven Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) solutions, from January 2023 to June 2024. Cecilia has a strong background in operations and customer success from previous positions at Papaya Global, where roles included Head of Operations for the Americas, Director of Customer Success, and Customer Success Manager Team Lead. Cecilia's experience also includes project management at Mount Sinai Health System and various roles at Population Council and Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. Cecilia holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Global and International Studies from UC Santa Barbara, with additional study at the University of Copenhagen.
