Additionally, Cecil holds the role of EMEA Head of Advancing Black Pathways, aimed at enhancing representation and promoting black excellence. Previous experience includes positions such as Executive Director of Cybersecurity Technology & Controls at JPMorgan, Programme Manager at Credit Suisse, and extensive leadership roles at UBS, including Head of Risk and Business Transformation. With a Master of Science in Information Systems from Canterbury Christ Church University, Cecil has demonstrated a strong track record in managing large teams and overseeing significant budgets across various sectors.
