Lauren Hall has been working in the field of education since 2010. Lauren began their career with FWISD as an English Teacher, then moved up to the role of GSPOC/Advanced Academics Coordinator, where they were responsible for recruitment, data analysis, application for designation, and collaboration with a private university in Texas. In 2017, they joined Lake Highlands High School as an Assistant Principal, where they worked with the English department, all Pre-AP, AP, Dual Credit, and On-Ramps teachers and students to ensure success on all fronts. In 2020, they began working as a Technical Writing Manager for MediMobile.

Lauren Hall attended Texas Christian University from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Master of Education (MEd) in Educational Leadership and Administration, General. From 2008 to 2009, they attended Texas Christian University again, obtaining a Master of Arts - MA in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Lastly, they attended Tarleton State University from 2003 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Arts - BA in English with an Emphasis in Technical Writing.
