Ryan's military career in the United States Air Force spanned multiple leadership positions, including Deputy Director of ATCALS Maintenance, Division Chief at the Air Force Flight Standards Agency, and multiple Airfield Operations Flight Commander roles. Ryan's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from The University of Texas at San Antonio and two Associate Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force.
