Debra Reisenthel is currently an advisor at Joylux, but they have an extensive work history in the Bay Area. Debra was previously the Vice President of Development at United Way of the Bay Area from November 2010 to April 2012. In this role, they were responsible for raising $28M annually and solidifying financial and employment commitments for the 2012 Summer Jobs+ Program. Prior to that, they were a consultant at Reisenthel Consulting from April 2010 to February 2013. Before that, they were the President, CEO, and Board Member at Novasys Medical from February 2001 to March 2010.
Debra Reisenthel has completed an executive program for smaller companies at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, as well as an executive program in product development and manufacturing strategy at the Stanford University School of Engineering. Debra also has an MBA from the University of Phoenix in San Jose, CA. Finally, they hold a B.A. Honors in Applied Behavioral Sciences from National-Louis University in Evanston, Ill, and has completed a respiratory therapist program with a focus on CRTT and RRT at Metropolitan Group of Hospitals in Chicago, Ill.
