Eugene Kim is a seasoned executive in the gaming industry with extensive experience in leadership roles. As the Founder and CEO of JOYCITY Annex since September 2017, Eugene Kim specializes in game growth, marketing, and digital marketing. Previously, Eugene served as CEO and CMO at KOG Games Inc. from March 2012 to July 2017, overseeing the online PC game publishing of titles such as Elsword Online and Grand Chase. Before KOG Games, Eugene was the Co-Founder and COO/CTO at SG Interactive, Inc. (formerly Ntreev USA), which was acquired by Smilegate in 2010. Eugene's career began as a Producer/Director at Ntreev Soft, where responsibility included the successful launch and servicing of Trickster Online across multiple regions. Eugene also has a background as a Software Engineer/Game Designer for DS Interactive, contributing to the award-winning RTS game, Three Kingdoms 2. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Florida Institute of Technology and graduate studies in Computer Information Systems.
