Ryan (Han) Wang currently serves as an HRBP at Joy Group since September 2023. Previously, Ryan held the position of Talent Acquisition Partner at 三顿半 in 2023, focusing on strategic recruitment. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Research Analyst at Korn Ferry from 2022 to 2023, aiding clients in the Industrial and Hi-tech sectors in candidate selection. Ryan has also worked as a Consultant at CGL Consulting Co., Ltd from April 2020 to June 2022, concentrating on Marketing, Branding, PR, and Government Relations roles in the TMT and Consumer sectors. Early roles include Associate Consultant, Research Associate, and Research Intern, all within the TMT sector. Ryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Zhejiang Ocean University.
