Kavya Nambiar KC, Ph.D., is an accomplished Senior Project Manager at JoVE since October 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing research products and ensuring adherence to quality standards across various life-science disciplines. Prior roles at JoVE included Manager and Team Lead & Science Writer/Editor, where Kavya focused on content development, peer review, and scientific communication. With extensive experience in research management at Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Kavya successfully led initiatives to enhance publication output and spearheaded a research fellowship funded by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. Previous positions also include instructional design for science education and industrial training in protein science. Kavya holds a Ph.D. in Nanomedical Sciences - Regenerative Medicine, alongside an MS in Biotechnology and a BS in Biological Science.
