Arul Adaikalam is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in software engineering and cloud-native application development. Currently serving as a Solutioniser at JourneyOne since September 2022, Arul previously held various significant roles at Woodside Energy from 2007 to September 2022, including Lead of Software Engineering & Automation, Technology Manager, and Lead Full Stack Software Engineer. A strong focus on stakeholder collaboration, Arul has effectively defined MVPs, devised delivery plans, and managed product strategies to enhance adoption rates. Prior roles include leading SAP integration teams and contributing to enterprise architecture at multiple organizations, including Water Corporation, Saudi Aramco, and Asian Paints Ltd. Educational credentials include a Master's in Computer Applications from St. Joseph's College and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Loyola College.
