Hardik Tamboli is an experienced professional in the field of welding engineering, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. since July 2022, while also holding the position of Welding Engineer at Joulon since April 2017. In these roles, Hardik is involved in comprehensive welding activities, including API audits, qualifications for WPS, PQR, and WPQ, as well as documentation in accordance with API, ASME, and ISO standards. Prior to these positions, Hardik worked as a Welding Engineer at JVS Engineers Pte Ltd, from February 2015 to April 2017, where responsibilities included preparing WPS, PQR, and WPQ per multiple ASME and API standards. Hardik began the professional journey as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Reshikesh Engineering Resource, where involvement in RLA of boilers was undertaken. Hardik holds a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, completed in 2014.
