Joseph Healy has a diverse work experience spanning over several healthcare organizations. Joseph is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at Joslin Diabetes Center since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Principal of JMH Healthcare Solutions, as a Deputy Executive Director at the Group Insurance Commission of Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and as the Chief Operating Officer and President at HealthCare Partners. Before that, they held executive roles at CenterLight Health System and Lahey Clinic. Joseph also worked at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Harvard Community Health Plan in various leadership positions.

Joseph Healy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Boston University, as well as a Master of Arts degree and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Personality and Social Psychology, also from Boston University. Joseph has also completed a Post-doctoral Fellowship in Human Motivation at Harvard University.
