Joanna Kim is a dedicated nursing professional currently serving as a Registered Nurse at Joseph Brant Hospital & Foundation since May 2023, with experience as a Clinical Extern in the Maternal & Child Unit, floating between NICU, Postpartum, Paediatrics, and Labour and Delivery. Joanna has completed clinical placements at various institutions, including The Hospital for Sick Children, Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, and Sunnybrook Veterans Centre, focusing on areas such as Haematology/Oncology, Surgery, and mental health. Joanna has demonstrated leadership as Co-President of the Nursing Student Community at Ontario Tech University, fostering teamwork and advocacy within the nursing student population. Educationally, Joanna is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Ontario Tech University, building on a previous Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Guelph.
