Rebecca Weih is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Project Manager at Witt-Gruppe, a member of the Otto Group, since February 2016. Throughout their career at Witt-Gruppe, Rebecca has held various roles, including leading the Recruiting and Employer Branding department and focusing on personal marketing, KPI reporting, and talent management. In addition, Rebecca has contributed to academia as a mentor for the "Master Steps" program at OTH Amberg-Weiden, coaching students on career planning, and as a lecturer in Digital Entrepreneurship.
