Previously, Jim held positions at companies such as BlackRock, Franklin Templeton Investments, Wells Fargo Funds Management Group, Barclays Global Investors, MSCI-BARRA, and the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Jim's educational background includes a BA in Economics from DePauw University and an MA in Economics from Illinois State University.
