Aya Herbawi began their work experience in 2019 as an Administrative Assistant at Middle East University. Aya then moved on to work as an Operations Direct Sales Officer at Housing Bank from October 2021 to December 2022. Aya's most recent position is as a Support Services member at the Treasury and Investment Department in Jordan Commercial Bank starting from January 2023.

Aya Herbawi completed a Diploma in Executive Secretariat and Office Management from Amman Training College from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing at Amman Arab University, starting from 2023.
