Since 1997, Philip McCully has amassed a strong work history, beginning as a Senior Engineering Consultant at Iscor Limited where they implemented enterprise resource planning. Moving on, they worked as a Senior Programmer at Northbrook Technology of Northern Ireland Ltd before becoming a Senior Project Manager at Mitchell International in 2003. During their tenure at Mitchell International, they executed complex implementation projects for various insurance companies, contributing to revenue growth. In 2007, they transitioned to Allstate, where they held multiple roles, the latest being Director of Transformative Growth. In 2023, Philip McCully joined Jopari Solutions Inc. as Senior Director of Client Implementation Services. Their expertise lies in project management, program development, and technology implementation, evident in their successful career progression.

Philip McCully completed a BSc in Electrical Engineering at the University of the Witwatersrand and an MBA in General Management at Potchefstroom University for Christian Higher Education. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in agile project management, DevOps, and other business-related topics.
