Dilshaan Chetty has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Dilshaan began their career in 2008 as a Global Management Trainee at British American Tobacco, where they gained experience in various brand management positions. Dilshaan then worked as an Assistant Brand Manager, Senior Brand Executive, and Area Sales Manager, responsible for sales, merchandising, and brand development.

In 2014, Chetty co-founded TheFuturesMuse, a start-up focusing on innovation and design thinking in emerging markets. Dilshaan took on various roles in the company, including content creation, marketing, HR, and business development.

Chetty's experience with start-ups continued as they joined Direct Response Media in 2014 as a Marketing & Operation Manager, where they handled marketing and operational responsibilities.

From 2015 to 2020, Chetty worked at Deloitte South Africa as a Senior Consultant, specializing in strategy, marketing, design, and innovation. Dilshaan led the pilot for a Product and Experience Design Office for a British financial institution.

In 2017, Chetty joined Kinga, a design thinking consultancy, as a Partner and later as an Executive responsible for product, design, and customer experience.

In 2020, Chetty joined Liberty Group South Africa as Lead for Client and Advisor Experience, and also worked as a Product Owner for Customer Experience & Design.

Most recently, in 2021, Chetty became the Head of Marketing at Jonsson Workwear.

Throughout their career, Chetty has demonstrated expertise in design thinking, customer experience, product development, and marketing.

Dilshaan Chetty's education history is as follows:

- From 2021 to 2022, Dilshaan attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they pursued a Marketing Leadership Programme. The field of study was Marketing/Marketing Management, General.

- In 2015 and 2016, Dilshaan studied at GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science), earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). The field of study was Business/Commerce, General.

- In April 2020, Dilshaan obtained a certification in Private Equity & Venture Capital from Università Bocconi.

- In April 2010, Dilshaan completed the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from the Association for Project Management.

- In March 2021, Dilshaan earned the Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
