Gareth Cliff is an experienced professional in product management and creative direction, currently serving as a Product Manager at Jonard Tools since January 2023. Prior to this, Gareth operated as a freelance Creative Director from January 2019 to October 2022, excelling in redesigning outdated software and leading interdisciplinary teams to meet rigorous deadlines. From August 2003 to July 2019, Gareth worked at Information Builders, progressing from System Engineer to WebFOCUS Product Manager, where expertise in analytics and usability greatly enhanced product market share.
