Caren Opremcak has a diverse work experience across various industries. Caren started their career as a Surf Lifesaving professional at Barnegat Light Beach Patrol, where they saved over 25 lives in 7 years and was a member of Team USA in the International Lifesaving Cup. Caren then transitioned into the education sector and worked as a School Psychologist at Chesterfield Elementary School and later at Bordentown Regional Schools. In these roles, they provided psychological support to students and contributed to their overall well-being. Caren also gained experience in school psychology through internships at Scarsdale High School, Greenburgh NY Central School District #7, and Coman Hill Elementary School. In addition, they worked as a Swim Coach at BGNW Marlins, training a team of 200 swimmers and providing individualized guidance for their training. Caren also volunteered at SPARC- Kids Express and served as a Northeast Sales Rep at Jolyn Clothing Company.

Caren Opremcak earned a B.A. in Psychology and Education from Colgate University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Caren later pursued a Professional Diploma in School Psychology from Fordham University, completing their studies from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, Caren holds a certification as a NJ Certified School Psychologist, although the details of the institution, month, and year of obtaining the certification are unknown.
