Jason Chadwick has over a decade of experience in retail management, currently serving as Regional Support Manager and previously as Store Manager at Jollyes - The Pet People since November 2014. In these roles, Jason has focused on optimizing store operations, enhancing customer service, driving sales growth, and developing strategic marketing initiatives. Prior to Jollyes, Jason was an Assistant Manager in Customer Services at Waitrose & Partners from September 2012 to November 2014, where responsibilities included overseeing the online delivery service and supporting various service areas in the store. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and National Security Studies from the University of Bradford, earned between 2005 and 2008.
