Craig Smith has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Craig is currently a Director of Retail Operations at Jollyes- The Pet People. Prior to this, they were the Owner of C&A Smith Retail Consultants, where they provided consultancy services. Craig also served as a Council Member at AMTRA Ltd from 2014 to 2020. Craig has held various roles at Pets at Home, including Retail Operations Director, Regional Director, project launch manager, Area Manager, and Store Manager. Craig was also the Director of AHDA (Animal Health Distributors Association) from 2016 to 2020.
