Karen G. serves as the Director of Digital Engagement for North America at Jollibee Group of Companies since August 2020, overseeing CRM and loyalty initiatives. Previously, Karen held the position of Global Brand Director at Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, leading the brand vertical for 1,500 stores globally and developing communications and loyalty strategies. Prior experience includes various roles at Johnson & Johnson, where Karen was Senior Brand Manager for the Neutrogena Suncare portfolio, managing strategic planning and execution, as well as leading a CSR campaign. Additional roles involved brand management within the Neutrogena Acne portfolio and global innovation initiatives. Earlier career experience includes positions at ConAgra Foods and Wells Fargo. Karen holds an MBA in General Management from USC Marshall School of Business and a B.A. in English and Philosophy from Tufts University, along with additional studies in digital marketing at Rutgers University and current education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
