Linda Bailey serves as the Program Manager for technical assistance at the Joint Office of Energy and Transportation, where Linda leads a team supporting the development of the United States' EV charging infrastructure. Previously, Linda held the position of Vision Zero Director at the District of Columbia Department of Transportation from February 2019 to June 2023, and served as Executive Director at the National Association of City Transportation Officials from April 2014 to February 2019. Linda's earlier experience includes roles at the New York City Department of Transportation as a Federal Programs Advisor, at ICF International as a Senior Associate in transportation policy research, and as a Policy Analyst at the Surface Transportation Policy Partnership. Linda's foundational experiences include internships at the Southwest Detroit Business Association and the City of Ann Arbor, along with serving as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan. Education was completed at the University of Michigan.
