Sandy Taylor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching and the performing arts. Currently serving as the Head of Coaching and Director of Coach Development at Pilea, Sandy champions the growth and well-being of leaders, founders, and VCs while fostering a supportive community for fellow coaches. Additionally, Sandy founded Dream Factory Coaching and leads group coaching sessions at Medley, emphasizing depth and collaborative learning. With a background in acting and education, Sandy has held long-term positions as a singer/actor with Actors' Equity Association and as an adjunct professor at Montclair State University. An entrepreneurial spirit is evident in Sandy's founding of The Catapult Project Org and co-ownership of Steiner Music Studios, along with prior role as New York Regional Director for The Yuletide Carolers. Educationally, Sandy holds a Master's degree in Theatre Studies from Montclair State University and a Bachelor's degree in Education, Theatre, and Music from Susquehanna University.
