As Co-founder and COO of Base.vn, Brian Tr has propelled the company from inception to achieving 10 million ARR, acquiring over 8,000 mid-sized customers, and managing a team of more than 350 employees. Additionally, involvement in Pavilion as an Executive Member allows Brian Tr to engage with growth operators to enhance their professional effectiveness. Brian Tr previously held the role of President at HRC (Vietnam) and holds a degree in International Economics and Marketing from Foreign Trade University.
