Michael Harley (he/him/his) is responsible for overseeing programming and strategy with all schools, community-based organizations, and individuals outside of their regional offices. Previously, Michael served as an Engagement Manager for over three years on the Tri-State team and worked for Binghamton University’s 20:1 Prevention Programs, leading workshops around Sexual Assault Prevention and Bystander Intervention to Binghamton students. A native of New Jersey, Michael graduated from SUNY-Binghamton with a major in Psychology and a minor in Biological Anthropology.
