Previously, Joe was the Senior Information Technology Manager at Found, responsible for establishing a scalable IT and security program. Joe’s extensive experience at Apple from May 2007 to February 2022 included roles such as Technical Operations Program Manager, where responsibilities encompassed program management and information security, and Global Technical Operations Lead, where the emphasis was on standardization and process engineering across international sites. Joe began at Apple as a Desktop Support technician, contributing to the IT infrastructure for contact centers in the company's early days.
