Kara Seymour is an experienced leader in customer support and solutions, currently serving as the Director of Global Customer Support at Forma since February 2023, where responsibilities include enhancing global infrastructures and transitioning support services to 24/7 availability. Previously, Kara held key roles such as Director of Customer Solutions at impact.com, focusing on efficiency and customer experience, and Director of Global Product Support at Hopin, where a high-performing global technical support team was built. Additional experience includes leading customer success functions at Crowdcast.io and various advocacy and coaching roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Kara holds a BA in Sport and Wellness Management from Trinity International University.
