Marcy Paterson serves as the Vice President of Solution Consulting at Blink - The Frontline Experts since October 2022. Previously, Marcy held various leadership roles at ServiceNow, including Global Head of Sales Strategy and Area Vice President of Solution Consulting, from September 2014 to September 2022. Prior to ServiceNow, Marcy worked as a Principal Solutions Consultant at Salesforce and held several positions at CA Technologies, including Sr. Technical Presales Consultant. Marcy's career began at Concord Communications as Director of Application Development and included co-founding EDK Systems, Inc., where Marcy served as Vice President of Services. Marcy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond's E. Clairborne Robins School of Business.
