Roee Lavan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Roee began their career as a graphic designer at Fashion TV, where they served as the head web and broadcast designer. Roee later worked as an art director at Young & Rubicam, creating digital creative campaigns for leading companies in Israel. Roee then founded and managed their own software house called Finoware Software House Ltd., leading the UX/UI/Dev studio and working on various online platforms in fields such as Fintech, Solar Energy, and Bitcoin. Roee also served as the head designer for the medical company Sephira. Roee later became the CMO, head of product, and co-founder at Starthubit INC, where they were responsible for the accelerator program and the UX/UI department. Most recently, Roee joined EyeClick as an art director, overseeing the BEAM brand and collaborating with the marketing team to redesign the brand website and create various marketing materials and campaigns. Overall, Roee Lavan has extensive experience in art direction, UX/UI design, and product management across various industries.

Roee Lavan attended Bezalel Academy of Art and Design from 2003 to 2007. Roee pursued a degree in visual communications and successfully completed their undergraduate studies, earning their first degree during this time.
