Benjamin Mays has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Renewals and Referrals Manager at Tangelo since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Lyft, where they held multiple positions including Product Operations Lead, Outreach Innovation from October 2019 to November 2022, Senior Outreach Innovation Operations Associate from February 2019 to October 2019, and Driver Growth Operations Associate from March 2018 to January 2019. Before joining Lyft, Benjamin served as the General Manager at Bakery by frothy monkey from September 2016 to March 2018. Benjamin also worked as a Literacy Specialist at I Can Read from April 2015 to March 2016 and as an ESL Teacher at TOPIA Language School from July 2013 to March 2015. Prior to that, Benjamin was a Territory Manager at RJ Reynolds from May 2012 to May 2013. Benjamin started their career as an ESL Instructor at I-Sponge English Language Institute from March 2011 to March 2012.

Benjamin Mays attended The University of Alabama from 2005 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in General Business Administration. Benjamin successfully obtained their Bachelor of Science in C&BA in 2010.
