Brian Caldwell serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Johnstone Supply since June 2016, directing all people functions with a focus on ethical practices, compliance, and strategic human resource planning. Previously, Brian held various roles at Johnstone Supply, including Senior Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities included human resources and safety functions and fostering a high-performance culture. Prior experience encompasses leadership roles in human resources at PepsiCo, where a customer-focused approach was emphasized, and a prolonged tenure at Kroger, culminating in Department Manager of Human Resources, overseeing extensive operations and a significant employee base. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an HR concentration from Strayer University and a double major in Business Administration and Accounting from Draughons College.
