Prior experience encompasses leadership roles in human resources at PepsiCo, where a customer-focused approach was emphasized, and a prolonged tenure at Kroger, culminating in Department Manager of Human Resources, overseeing extensive operations and a significant employee base. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an HR concentration from Strayer University and a double major in Business Administration and Accounting from Draughons College.
