Lauren Glasgow has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Since 2022, they have been working as the Director of Human Resources at Johnston Companies. Prior to that, they served as a Human Resources Policy Advisor at the same company from 2020 to 2022. Lauren also worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Outsourced Personnel Services, Inc. starting in 2018. Before entering the HR field, Lauren worked as an Attorney at Weaver Johnston & Nelson for a brief period in 2018. Lauren also has experience in editorial roles, having served as the Editor in Chief at Saint Louis University from 2016 to 2017 and as a Health Law & Policy Fellow at SLU LAW during the same period. Lauren gained legal internship experience at the Dallas County Public Defender's Office in 2015. Early in their career, they worked as a District Scheduler and Outreach Coordinator for the U.S. House of Representatives from 2013 to 2014 and as a Marketing and Communications Intern at the George W. Bush Presidential Center in 2012.

Lauren Glasgow obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Health Law from Saint Louis University School of Law, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government at Southern Methodist University from 2008 to 2012.
