Heather Cote, CPHR, has a wealth of experience in human resources, spanning various industries. Heather began their career at Big Freight Systems Inc as a Driver Recruitment Coordinator from 1995 to 2000. Heather then moved on to Great-West Life, where they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator from 2001 to 2005. At Seven Oaks General Hospital, Heather was a Human Resources Coordinator responsible for healthcare professional recruitment and union negotiations from 2005 to 2007.
