Greg Howard started their career at CDI Corporation in 1990, where they held the role of Area Manager. In this position, they managed 4 divisions in the Mid-Atlantic Region, overseeing a 6 state region with an annual budget of over 30 million dollars. Greg was responsible for the supervision of 3 Managed Services Programs and retail staff augmentation offices, as well as increasing net revenue and contribution margins during a recessionary period. Greg handled all sales and operations support, budget preparation, public relations, proposal writing assistance, and marketing. Greg also provided operational oversight for over 400 field employees and supported clients with staff augmentation in various industries. Additionally, Greg served as the Facility Security Officer from 1997 to 2011, ensuring FOCI compliance and managing security. In 2012, they joined Johnson Service Group, Inc as Vice President of the Tennessee Region.
