Gabriella Hoeflich, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Johnson Service Group, Inc. since July 2019, following a role as Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to this, Gabriella gained valuable experience at Illinois State University as an Admissions Ambassador and Tour Guide from October 2017 to May 2019. Moreover, an internship at Christopher B. Burke Engineering - Chicagoland occurred during the summers of 2017 and 2018. Early professional experience includes serving as a Summer Camp Counselor at St. Cyprian School from May 2016 to July 2017 and working as a Cashier at Mariano's from February 2014 to December 2015. Academically, Gabriella earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Illinois State University in 2019 and graduated with a diploma from East Leyden High School in 2015.
