Jorge Patiño-Velásquez, PE, PMP, is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in project management and design. Currently a Project Engineer at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson since March 2020, previous roles include Project Manager at Buchart Horn, Inc., and Design Engineer at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson. Jorge has extensive experience in the Public-Private Partnership sector as the PPP Director at Grupo Odinsa SA, overseeing critical infrastructure projects such as the Build-Operate-Transfer of major roadways. Additional leadership roles involved ensuring compliance and effective management in road maintenance and technical operations. Jorge holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's Degree in Roads and Transportation from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, along with specialized training in Project Management.
