Grant Holland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and public-private partnerships (P3). Currently serving as Vice President at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson since January 2020, Grant supports the TxDOT design-build program and leads a team of technical and legal consultants. Prior roles include Vice President at Mott MacDonald, where Grant oversaw the US P3 Advisory Practice, and Senior Project Manager at CDM Smith managing complex P3 and design-build projects. Grant has a strong background in establishing and managing P3 practices in various organizations, including Wilbur Smith Associates, where Grant held multiple positions from Senior Associate to SVP & Director. With a foundation in finance from First National Utilities and extensive experience across multiple states, Grant brings invaluable expertise to innovative infrastructure development. Grant holds a BS in Economics from Arizona State University.
