Stuart Berry is a scientific data management lead at Johnson Matthey, contributing to the Labs of the Future team by enhancing data-driven decision-making for R&D scientists since January 2023. Previously, Stuart served as an application scientist at Advanced Chemistry Development, Inc. (ACD/Labs) from January 2020 to January 2023, providing consultative support to customers in the pharmaceutical, agrochemical, and academic fields across the EMEA region. Stuart's academic background includes a postdoctoral research associate position at the University of Sydney under Prof. Kate Jolliffe, a visiting PhD position at A*STAR in Singapore, and a PhD from the University of Southampton, where research was conducted under the supervision of Prof. Philip Gale. Additionally, practical experiences include roles as an undergraduate researcher and a laboratory assistant. Stuart holds a Master of Chemistry with Medicinal Sciences degree from the University of Southampton.
