Rob Spaiches, LEED GA, has extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as Project Executive at Johnson-Laux Construction since October 2021. Prior roles include Project Manager at Home Leasing and Manning Squires Hennig Co., Inc., with a foundational tenure at Whitney East, Inc. spanning from 2006 to 2017. Rob also owned and operated KJ Contracting from 2000 to 2006, and earlier managed projects at Whitney East from 1986 to 2000. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from St. John Fisher University. Rob possesses deep expertise in managing complex capital projects, site supervision, and general contracting.
