Matthew Michalski has extensive experience in information technology and business relationship management. Currently serving as an IT Business Relationship Manager at Johnson Financial Group since June 2019, Matthew previously held the position of IT System Administrator within the same organization. Prior experience includes a tenure as IT Manager at The Harvard State Bank from June 2016 to June 2019, where responsibilities involved managing network infrastructure and security, as well as maintaining essential IT systems. Matthew started the career as an Assistant IT Officer and provided support to 80 employees, addressing software and hardware issues. Earlier experience at Walmart included managing a department and guiding associates in customer service and project management. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, obtained between 2013 and 2016.
