Wayne Walker has extensive leadership experience in manufacturing and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing for Global Faucets at Kohler Co. since April 2016. Previously, Wayne held the position of Director of Operations for Kohler Mira Ltd, overseeing operations across the UK, EMEA, and India from August 2009 to March 2016. This role involved management across nine facilities and included responsibilities for manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics. Wayne has a background in establishing productive operations, having successfully implemented cost reduction strategies during challenging market conditions. Earlier in Wayne's career, a role as Business Unit Manager at Twyford Bathrooms was also undertaken. Wayne holds a Master’s degree from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Warwick, complemented by a mechanical and manufacturing engineering qualification from GLOSCAT.
