Wayne Rodgers is an experienced design specialist with a strong background in engineering and design roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Design Specialist at Johnson Controls since October 2024, Wayne previously held positions such as Pro-E Designer at ClimateMaster, Inc., and Designer VII at both Baker Hughes and GE Oil & Gas, where expertise in natural gas compression packaging and equipment design was developed. Additional experience includes designing gas compression systems at Cameron and serving as an Engineering Technician at Beams Industries, where responsibilities included material inspection and the creation of part models. Wayne possesses robust skills in Teamcenter, NX8, and Solidworks, along with a background in ASME vessels and piping design, complemented by Six Sigma Greenbelt training and Emergency First Responder certification. Wayne attended the University of Texas at Dallas, focusing on Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
