Lei Schlitz currently serves as Vice President and President of Global Products at Johnson Controls since November 2022, overseeing product management across various sectors including HVAC/R, building management systems, and security. Additionally, Lei has been a Board Member at ADM since May 2019, contributing to the compensation & succession and sustainability & corporate responsibility committees. Prior experience includes roles at ITW from October 2008 to November 2022, where Lei held multiple executive vice president positions, leading significant global business segments in automotive and food equipment. Previous to ITW, Lei was a Business Manager at Siemens Energy & Automation and held engineering roles at GE and Eaton Corporation. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and participation in the Advanced Management Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
