Kathryn Conforti-Liu is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Johnson Controls since April 2022, focusing on full cycle recruitment for sales and corporate roles. Kathryn's earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner and Employment Specialist at Community Care, providing human resources support and consulting for management, as well as conducting full cycle recruitment for a diverse range of positions. Kathryn began the career in human resources as an HR Assistant, ensuring administrative support across various HR functions. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Human Resources, and Spanish from Marquette University, obtained in 2003.
