Karl Reichenberger is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and technology law. Currently serving as Chief Intellectual Property and Information Technology Counsel at Johnson Controls since January 2016, Karl has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President and General Counsel for Digital Solutions, where responsibilities included supporting various business sectors such as Controls and Industrial Refrigeration. Prior to this, Karl was an equity partner at Foley & Lardner LLP, focusing on intellectual property and technology transactions. Karl's educational foundation includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Bradley University.
