Raman Madhok is an experienced leader with a comprehensive background in board governance and management across various industries. Currently serving as an Independent Board Director at Johnson Controlsā€“Hitachi Air Conditioning and a member of the Board of Directors at DEEPAK FASTENERS LTD., Raman also holds directorships at Steel Hats Technology & Services and serves as Managing Director of Kahani Designworks. Additional roles include membership on the Governing Council at Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management and the Board of Directors for United Way Mumbai. Raman's previous experience includes advisory roles and executive leadership positions, such as Managing Director and Regional Head for South Asia at John Cockerill and Group Director of Human Resources at JSW Steel Ltd. Academically, Raman holds a Master's degree in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a PGD in HR Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, complemented by executive training from Alliance Manchester Business School and Competent Boards.
