Carl DeAmaral is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Programmer Analyst at The Johns Hopkins University since August 2023, Carl previously held various roles, including Software Engineer II and Senior Software Engineer at C.H. Robinson from June 2015 to May 2023, where contributions included enhancing large infrastructure systems and revamping the customer invoice process. Carl has also worked as a Senior Developer/Engineer at Stackify, leading the development of client-facing UI elements, and held multiple positions at companies such as Aptora Corporation, Gentiva Health Services, Sprint Nextel, Informix Software, and National Cinema Network. Carl earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University and holds two Associate degrees in Natural Science and Math, and Fine Arts from Lake Tahoe Community College.
