Marcellous Frye Jr. currently serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Howard County General Hospital and is the Chief Executive Officer of QUES LLC, an engineering consulting firm supporting the utility and renewable energy sectors in the Mid-Atlantic region. In addition, Marcellous Frye Jr. holds the position of Vice President of Strategy and Public Affairs at Washington Gas, a role maintained since October 2018, following a retired executive career at WGL where previous titles included Vice President of Support Services and Division Head of Information Technology. Prior experience also includes serving as Vice President of Global Application Delivery at Global Exchange Services, a former division of GE, from January 2002 to June 2005.
