Richard Bruns is a Senior Scholar at the Center for Health Security, using economic theory and data analysis to predict the effects of regulations. Previously a Senior Economist at the FDA, Staff Economist, and Teaching Assistant at Clemson University, as well as a Sales Coordinator at Sarstedt. Holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Clemson University and a BSBA in Computer Information Systems and International Business from Western Carolina University.
